Coaching Plans

Plan A – Three sport coaching (Swim, Bike & Run) – A customized yearly training plan with weekly workout schedule, unlimited athlete/coach interaction and optional face to face coaching – $200/ month

Plan B – Three sport coaching (Swim, Bike & Run) – A customized yearly training plan with weekly workout schedule, athlete/coach interaction via the training platform – $150/ month

Plan C – Three sport training program(Swim, Bike & Run) – A customized yearly training plan with monthly workout schedule – $75/ month

Single sport coaching – A customized yearly training plan with weekly workout schedule, unlimited athlete/coach interaction and optional face to face coaching – $100/ month

Rob has been my coach and mentor for over a year. I had been competing in Sprint, Olympic and Half-Ironman distances for several years, and had always wanted to try a full Ironman, but it felt so daunting. I knew I needed a coach and I’m so glad I chose Rob. His excellent training program not only took me to the start line of my first Ironman Canada Whistler (at age 60!), but also helped me achieve a silver medal in my age group.

I live on a small island and Rob is able to effectively coach me, mostly remotely and is available by text or email for any questions big or small. We do meet once a week to work particularly on my weakest sport, the swim and talk about how my training is going. With his coaching, my confidence and technique in the water have improved immensely over the last year. He is a wonderful listener and always knows how to adapt the plan to my work schedule and day-to-day life.
