I now offer one on one coached workouts online. During Covid 19 it is often difficult to meet your coach personally for your workout. Gyms are closed or are severely restricted and the weather and physical distancing can make meeting in public areas challenging. Now you can workout with your coach in the comfort and convenience of you own home or office.
I use the Zoom platform for online coaching. All you need is a computer, laptop, or tablet with a working webcam and microphone.
Your workouts are customized to meet your individual needs and goals. I can and will incorporate any training aids that you wish to use including free weights, resistance bands and cords, kettle bells, cardio machines, etc.
Workouts are scheduled week by week to fit into your schedule. We meet online at prearranged times as I guide you through each workout step by step. The online platform allows for 2 way interaction so that I can answer questions, demonstrates proper technique and provide immediate feedback.
