I recently asked my daughter what exactly she appreciates about Rob’s coaching. Her answer was “he always gives good corrections. He see what we are doing wrong and knows how to explain what to do to make it better. He is always nice.” Under Rob’s coaching my children have been able to progress and develop new skills in a very short period of time. As a parent, and as a teacher myself, I am impressed with his ability to diversify a training session so that he is able to target specific skills for each child. Rob organizes his practices so that they are challenging enough for his higher level athletes but still accessible for those just starting to acquire basic skills.

Core for triathletes

A strong core is important for all athletes.  Endurance athletes benefit from a strong core to maintain form and prevent injury due to fatigue. There are many great core exercises. This workout is a good general core strengthening routine. Do each exercise once to fatigue.
