I have been providing fitness and lifestyle training since 2016. I can help you reach your fitness goals and to feel better and live a healthier lifestyle. I will help you to set realistic and achievable goals and guide you to reaching your goals.
Fitness & lifestyle coaching – An custom, individually designed exercise program with three one on one coached workouts per week – $170/ month
Fitness and lifestyle coaching + nutrition and diet counselling – Individually designed exercise programming with three one on one coached workouts per week plus diet monitoring and nutrition counselling – $300/ month
Online fitness and lifestyle coaching – An individually designed personal fitness program delivered online one on one via video conferencing – $170/ month
All prices are plus GST.
Working shift work I always found myself making excuses for why I couldn’t fit in a workout. When I did go to the gym, I’d hide behind the cardio machines and was frustrated that I wasn’t seeing results. I started training with Rob 3-4 days a week. We were able to build a scheduled around my crazy work hours, develop proper techniques and most importantly build my confidence. He knew I preferred being outside over the gym and would incorporate hill runs, hikes and full body work outs in different parks around Victoria. We would then spend a day at the gym focusing on weight training and technique.
