Fitness & lifestyle coaching – Individually designed exercise programming with three personally coached workouts per week – $170/ month

Fitness and lifestyle coaching + nutrition and diet – Individually designed exercise programming with three personally coached workouts per week plus diet monitoring and nutrition counselling – $300/ month

Working shift work I always found myself making excuses for why I couldn’t fit in a workout. When I did go to the gym, I’d hide behind the cardio machines and was frustrated that I wasn’t seeing results. I started training with Rob 3-4 days a week. We were able to build a scheduled around my crazy work hours, develop proper techniques and most importantly build my confidence. He knew I preferred being outside over the gym and would incorporate hill runs, hikes and full body work outs in different parks around Victoria. We would then spend a day at the gym focusing on weight training and technique. We were able to build a scheduled around my crazy work hours, develop proper techniques and most importantly build my confidence. I have moved away but I continue to use the work outs I learned from Rob. Exercise is now part of my daily life and I feel healthy and full of energy.
